![]() Sorry, couldn’t resist! This unique business model allows artists to rent and operate personalized studios that double as a store in a collaborative 75,000 square foot village. Mutiny Artwrx was lovingly created by a loving creative, for loving creatives who love to create. This is in addition to the fund we have created to assist members facing hardships. So, if you purchase anything from our online store, rest assured that money is being moved right back to the people who need it most.Ĭurrently, we are making donations to Project C.U.R.E. As of, Mutiny Artwrx will be using all proceeds from its online shop to assist our members and local charities. That’s why we’ve decided to extend our relief campaign to include additional support for those who are heroically supporting us. They need our help, and it is our duty as a community to be a part of the effort. Among the most essential are our first responders, and health workers. Moreover we recognize that the true heroes in all of this are the ones that don't give up or can't give up. And we are not stopping there! Every one of us has earned (and learned) our way through the challenges of mastering a craft and starting a business. So inspiring!īecause of this, we remain in an excellent position to give back to our community and that’s exactly what we are doing! We have hired members as additional staff to help build our beautiful studio village, to deliver food to those whom may be in need, and to organize solutions. During this challenge we have seen a dramatic increase in membership as many creatives are using this opportunity to utilize their skills and turn their passion projects into realistic success. Not only are we NOT "perpetually closed for business", we are thriving and growing and we are doing it safely. There are examples of collaboration everywhere. Faced with financial pressure, our members are vigorously standing their ground and are committed to staying creative. The good news is that our amazing community has rallied together like 150 family members. Many of our Community rely on a day job to pay the bills, many of those jobs are at severe risk or have been completely destroyed by the pandemic and the shutdown(s). Obviously, the economy depends on everyone. WE ARE ALL ESSENTIAL!! That said, creatives are especially affected. There is no such thing as a non-essential business. The pandemic has forced millions of Americans to think quickly and intelligently about where their next dollar is coming from. The world as we know it is changing, and doing so rapidly.
